Our custom embroidery/alterations section extends a few more choices to our customers, where Industry Standards fail
to offer. When selecting items for purchase, a request for embroidery or alterations can be included. Please follow the
steps provided in the drop down boxes below the item you are purchasing; this can definitely save you a special trip to
your local embroidery and alteration shop.

Embroidery Lettering/Custom or Stock Logos

We can embroider your custom or stock logo with one or two embroidered text lines directly beneath the logo, on the left
or right side (L or R) of the garment. Just provide the detailed instructions when placing your order.
Logo/lettering combination has a two line embroidery text limit, with a maximum of 21 characters per line (including spaces). Logo/embroidery text combinations are not a package, and are priced individually as offered on our website.

Line Text Embroidery

When ordering line text embroidery lettering (no logo), there is a limit of three lines and a maximum of 21 characters per
line (including spaces).

Files we currently accept for custom logo upload are: ai, pdf, jpg, jpeg, eps, doc, txt, gif, tiff, bmp, zip, psd

Stock Logo = $5.50
Custom Logo = $7.00
Digitized Logo fee = $49.95

Please Note:
Custom logos have a one-time setup fee of $49.95 for digitizing your logo, plus $7.00 for embroidery.
And a maximum size of 3”X3” we have special pricing available for quantities 6 or more, of the same logo.

Groups/Institutions/Organizations/Individual Special Ordering

We accept special orders from groups or individual customers provided all the minimum requirements are met.
A minimum order of 2 dozen scrubs sets, up to three sizes in the same color can be ordered.
You can custom order from a choice of any three sizes: XS thru XL and additional charges will be applied for sizes: 2XL
thru 4XL.

This works very well for group ordering; please choose your custom color from the custom color chart on our website.
For more details on orders larger than 2 dozen scrubs sets, please e-mail or fax us for additional volume discounts.
A minimum turn around time for custom color orders is twenty working (20) days. A 50% deposit is required when an
order is placed. Please mail your check or money order to the address provided on the customer order form, and a
customer service representative will contact you for further details and confirmation.

Custom Ordering

1) You can place your custom color orders, by making your selection from the custom color chart on our website, and simply meet the minimum required order of 2 dozen scrubs sets.
2) A minimum order of 2 dozen scrubs sets, up to three sizes in the same color can be ordered.
3) You can mix up to three sizes in the same style, and from the same color.
4) We do not allow customers to submit their own designs; custom ordering is specifically related to contrast color and
contrast color stitching, offered from our color charts and swatches on our website.
5) If a customer does not like contrast color stitching, we can offer that option to have their scrubs made without it, or
choose a different color stitching from the color chart/swatch selection on our website.
6) You can customize the contrast color stitching, provided a minimum (per style) order of 2 dozen scrubs sets is met, and you can choose up to three sizes from the same color.
7) All special order embroidered items and alterations are non-returnable/non-refundable.
